Rasikh gives every unit sold its own escrow account and collects each instalment straight into it, matched to the buyer the day it lands. Instalment collection and escrow reconciliation for Dubai off-plan developers.
Does buyer money pass through Rasikh?
Never. Money goes from the buyer's bank into the unit's escrow account. We only see payment data.
Do we need to change banks?
No. We work with your existing escrow bank.
Is a unit escrow account a separate legal escrow account?
No. Each project keeps one escrow account, as Dubai's escrow law requires. Each unit sold gets its own escrow account number under it, tied to its SPA, and Rasikh keeps a running balance for every unit.
What if a buyer prefers to pay by transfer or cheque?
Transfers go straight into the unit's escrow account and are matched automatically. Existing cheques continue as normal; new buyers can choose a direct debit mandate.
Can we see a payment before it reaches our account?
For e-mandate collections and instant bank payments, yes: you see every step. For ordinary transfers, you see 'Sent' when the buyer confirms on their payment page, and 'Received' the moment the money reaches the unit's escrow account.
Does this replace our ERP?
No. Your ERP stays the system of record; we send matched payment data into it.
Who pays?
You do, per successful collection, invoiced monthly. Nothing is deducted from instalments or escrow.
What if we want to stop?
No lock-in after the pilot. Ongoing contracts have 60-day notice.
